【摘要】：隨著經濟社會的不斷發(fā)展,民主法治意識的增強,公眾參與正在從理論層面轉向實踐。當前,在中原經濟區(qū)和鄭州都市區(qū)建設的背景下,鄭州市還存在公眾參與的服務型政府職能轉變不到位,公眾參與創(chuàng)新社會管理意識淡薄、動力不足,公眾參與創(chuàng)新社會管理機制不完善等問題。為確保公眾參與創(chuàng)新社會管理,必須加快服務型政府建設的步伐,積極培育公眾參與社會管理的意識,完善公眾參與創(chuàng)新社會管理的機制。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the economy and society, the enhancement of the consciousness of democracy and the rule of law, the public participation is shifting from the theoretical level to practice. At present, under the background of the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone and Zhengzhou metropolitan area, the public participation in the service type government functions in Zhengzhou is not in place, and the public participation in the innovation of social management is weak and the power is insufficient. In order to ensure the public participation in the innovation of social management, it is necessary to accelerate the pace of the construction of the service-oriented government, cultivate the public participation in social management awareness, and improve the public participation in the innovation of social management mechanism.
