【摘要】：作為高校新型網(wǎng)絡(luò)互動社區(qū),易班在建設(shè)推進過程中,出現(xiàn)了一些"非法制"的做法與傾向,影響到了易班建設(shè)的根基和健康發(fā)展。易班建設(shè)應(yīng)符合高等教育的本質(zhì),并接受現(xiàn)有法律制度的調(diào)整與保護,對師生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)表達要給予適度的克減,要保障易班參與者的合法權(quán)益。應(yīng)適度調(diào)整易班建設(shè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理理念,提升易班參與者法律意識并加強道德自律,加大易班網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)開發(fā)以確保網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行安全。
[Abstract]:As a new type of network interactive community in colleges and universities, in the course of construction and promotion, some "illegal system" practices and tendencies have appeared, which have affected the foundation and healthy development of the construction of exchange classes. The construction of changing classes should accord with the essence of higher education, accept the adjustment and protection of the existing legal system, give moderate derogation to the network expression of teachers and students, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of participants in the exchange of classes. It is necessary to adjust the concept of network management in the construction of changing classes, enhance the participants' legal consciousness, strengthen moral self-discipline, and increase the development of network technology to ensure the safety of network operation.
