一步法制備含W介孔碳材料及其氧化脫硫性能研究

【摘要】:以鎢酸鈉為鎢源,以乙二胺四乙酸二鈉為碳源經(jīng)過高溫煅燒制備了含W的介孔碳材料,采用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、BET對(duì)含鎢的介孔碳材料進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,煅燒后介孔碳材料的表面形成了粒狀含有結(jié)晶水的氧化鎢(WO_3·H_2O)。相比于純的介孔碳材料,含鎢介孔碳材料的總比表面積減小。以含W介孔碳材料為催化劑,H_2O_2作為氧化劑,1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氟硼酸鹽([BMIM][BF_4])離子液體作為萃取劑,組成萃取-催化氧化脫硫體系(ECODS)并研究其對(duì)模擬油中二苯并噻吩脫除效果。考察了氧化鎢負(fù)載量、反應(yīng)溫度、H_2O_2加入量、催化劑用量、離子液體用量以及不同類型硫化物對(duì)二苯并噻吩脫除的影響。在最佳反應(yīng)條件下,催化劑對(duì)二苯并噻吩(DBT)、4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩(4,6-DMDBT)、苯并噻吩(BT)、噻吩(TH)和真實(shí)汽油的脫除率分別達(dá)到98.6%、65.6%、61.2%、57.8%和64.3%。催化劑回收利用五次之后脫硫率略有降低,仍高達(dá)95.2%。
[Abstract]:W containing mesoporous carbon materials were prepared by calcination with sodium tungstate as tungsten source and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium as carbon source. The results show that the surface of the calcined mesoporous carbon materials is characterized by the formation of WO _ 3H _ 2O _ 2 containing crystalline water on the surface of the calcined mesoporous carbon materials. Compared with pure mesoporous carbon materials, the total surface area of tungsten containing mesoporous carbon materials decreases. Using W mesoporous carbon material as catalyst, S / H _ 2O _ 2 as oxidant and [BMIM] [BF_4] ionic liquid as extractant, the extraction-catalytic oxidation desulfurization system (EcoDSs) was formed and its removal effect of dibenzothiophene from simulated oil was studied. The effects of W _ 2O _ 3 loading, reaction temperature, H _ 2O _ 2 addition, catalyst dosage, ionic liquid and sulfides on the removal of dibenzothiophene were investigated. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the removal rates of the catalyst for dibenzothiophene dibenzothiophene dibenzothiophene 4-dimethyldibenzothiophene 46-DMDBT, benzothiophene butadiene (BTN), thiophene thiophene (THH) and real gasoline reached 98.66.65.60.61.2% and 64.3%, respectively. The desulphurization rate of the catalyst decreased slightly after five times of recovery and was still as high as 95.2%.
