【摘要】：正《中共中央關(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展第十三個五年規(guī)劃的建議》指出,"堅持依法治國"是如期實現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會奮斗目標必須堅持的基本原則;而"加快建設法治經(jīng)濟和法治社會,把經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展納入法治軌道"又是依法治國的基本要求。"法治經(jīng)濟"延續(xù)了十八屆四中全會"社會主義市場經(jīng)濟本質(zhì)上是法治經(jīng)濟"的命題。那么,"法治經(jīng)濟"是什么?它與法治國家、法治政府、法治社會存在怎樣的關(guān)
[Abstract]:The proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development points out that "upholding the rule of law" is the basic principle that must be adhered to in order to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way on schedule;"speeding up the construction of an economy and a society governed by law and bringing economic and social development into the track of ruling by law" is also the basic requirement of governing the country according to law.The rule of law economy "continues the proposition of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee that socialist market economy is essentially an economy ruled by law."So what is the "rule of law economy"?It is closely related to the existence of a country ruled by law, a government ruled by law and a society ruled by law
