微米銀粉的正交實(shí)驗(yàn)法制備與表征

【摘要】:研究了以抗壞血酸為還原劑的液相還原法制備球形微米銀粉時(shí)的主要因素對振實(shí)密度和形貌的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,酸性條件下制備的微米銀粉分散性較好。正交實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,對銀粉振實(shí)密度的影響大小的因素依次為底液pH、硝酸銀濃度、分散劑PVP用量和實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度。經(jīng)過對銀粉進(jìn)行粒度、SEM和XRD等測定表征發(fā)現(xiàn),優(yōu)化條件下可制備得到振實(shí)密度為4.2 g/cm~3,平均粒徑2.5μm,分散性良好的類球形銀粉。
[Abstract]:The effect of main factors on the density and morphology of spherical micron silver powder prepared by liquid phase reduction with ascorbic acid as reducing agent was studied.The experimental results show that the micron silver powder prepared under acidic conditions has good dispersion.The orthogonal experiment showed that the factors influencing the density of silver powder were pH of substrate, concentration of silver nitrate, amount of dispersant PVP and experimental temperature.The particle size of silver powder was measured by SEM and XRD. It was found that the spherical silver powder with a vibrational density of 4.2 g / cm ~ (3), average particle size of 2.5 渭 m and good dispersion could be prepared under the optimized conditions.
