【摘要】：文章研究總結(jié)了棚戶區(qū)改造法制建設(shè)可資借鑒的英國經(jīng)驗:單行法調(diào)整改造的法律淵源,多重功能的改造制度宗旨,調(diào)適更替的改造主體制度,以人為中心的改造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制度,強調(diào)公眾參與的改造程序制度,多元多樣改造資金融資制度及內(nèi)外結(jié)合的改造監(jiān)管制度。
[Abstract]:The article studies and summarizes the British experience in the legal construction of shantytown reform: the legal origin of single law adjustment and transformation, the purpose of multi-function reform system, the adaptation of the transformation subject system, the human-centered reform standard system.Emphasis is placed on the reform procedure system of public participation, the pluralistic reform of the fund financing system and the reform supervision system of the combination of internal and external.
