【摘要】：本研究采用金種子生長(zhǎng)法,通過(guò)優(yōu)化氯金酸溶液用量、生長(zhǎng)液pH值以及反應(yīng)溫度等條件,制備出一種全新的小尺寸金納米星(Au-NSs)顆粒,方法具有可控、穩(wěn)定、簡(jiǎn)單、Au-NSs粒徑均一等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。紫外-可見(jiàn)-近紅外(UV-Vis-NIR)光譜和透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)檢測(cè)表明,該方法制備出的Au-NSs的粒徑在40nm左右,遠(yuǎn)小于常規(guī)方法制得的Au-NSs(~80nm)。最終制備條件確定為:生長(zhǎng)液、金種溶液和抗壞血酸(AA)的體積比為600∶9∶7;生長(zhǎng)液的pH≈3.05;制備Au-NSs的溫度條件為先冰浴加入金種,回升至室溫后加入AA還原。
[Abstract]:In this study , Au - NSs ( Au - NSs ) particles with controllable , stable , simple and Au - NSs are prepared by optimizing the dosage of chloroauric acid , the pH value of growth liquid and the reaction temperature . The results show that the size of Au - NSs is about 40nm , which is much smaller than that of Au - NSs ( ~ 80nm ) prepared by the conventional method . The final preparation conditions are as follows : growth liquid , gold seed solution and ascorbic acid ( AA ) volume ratio of 600 : 9 : 7 ; growth liquid pH 鈮，
