【摘要】：中國(guó)人民主價(jià)值觀的各種調(diào)查結(jié)果一直存在著矛盾和分歧。文獻(xiàn)分析表明,先前調(diào)查在民主價(jià)值觀的測(cè)量方式上有兩個(gè)主要問(wèn)題:一是假定中國(guó)人擁有某種同質(zhì)性的民主價(jià)值觀,并以由當(dāng)代西方主流民主理論為依據(jù)而發(fā)展出的測(cè)量手段進(jìn)行測(cè)量;二是將對(duì)民主的理解等同于對(duì)民主的支持。依據(jù)古典和現(xiàn)代民主理論,結(jié)合中國(guó)政治傳統(tǒng),通過(guò)重新設(shè)計(jì)測(cè)量方式,并以地方官員這一特殊群體為樣本,本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在中國(guó)地方官員中存在著直接民主、代議民主和為民做主3種純粹類(lèi)型和4種混合類(lèi)型的民主價(jià)值觀。同時(shí),對(duì)民主的理解與對(duì)民主的支持之間,并不存在顯著關(guān)聯(lián)。應(yīng)該用一套復(fù)合的民主價(jià)值觀來(lái)更好地理解中國(guó)地方官員的民主價(jià)值觀。
[Abstract]:There have been contradictions and divergences in the survey of Chinese democratic values.The literature analysis shows that there are two main problems in the measurement of democratic values in the previous survey: first, it is assumed that the Chinese have some homogenous democratic values.The second is to equate the understanding of democracy with the support of democracy.According to the classical and modern democratic theory, combined with the Chinese political tradition, by redesigning the measurement method and taking the special group of local officials as the sample, this paper finds that there is direct democracy among the local officials in China.The democratic values of three pure types and four mixed types of representative democracy and ruling for the people.At the same time, there is no significant correlation between the understanding of democracy and its support.A composite set of democratic values should be used to better understand the democratic values of Chinese local officials.
