民主抑或公平:政治研究的人本價值選擇

【摘要】:政治研究需要堅守價值取向,不可能做到"價值中立"或者"價值祛除",而且,政治的人本價值是政治研究價值取向的最高表現(xiàn),政治對人的多重利益性決定了政治價值的多樣性,因此,從人的政治主體性結(jié)構(gòu)可以演繹出政治的人本價值系譜。政治研究不僅要堅持"民主政治學(xué)"以追求"權(quán)力民主化",更要注重"公平政治學(xué)"以追求"利益公平化",公平則是比民主更高位的人本政治價值。在中國政治學(xué)界,要探求政治(學(xué))的公平價值,就需要從"政治平等"研究轉(zhuǎn)化為"政治公平"研究,既要探討政治結(jié)構(gòu)的公平體系,也要研究社會公平的政治促進(jìn)功能及其實現(xiàn)機制。在當(dāng)今的中國,更需要進(jìn)一步探討共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和政府主導(dǎo)的多元合作治理,探尋以國家公平治理推進(jìn)社會公平正義的實現(xiàn)途徑和制度機制。
[Abstract]:Political research needs to adhere to the value orientation, it is impossible to achieve "value neutrality" or "value dispel". Moreover, the humanistic value of politics is the highest expression of political research value orientation.The diversity of political values is determined by the multiple benefits of politics to human beings. Therefore, the humanist value pedigree of politics can be deduced from the structure of political subjectivity.Political research should not only insist on "democratic politics" to pursue "power democratization", but also pay attention to "fair politics" to pursue "benefit fairness", which is a higher humanistic political value than democracy.In Chinese political circles, in order to explore the fair value of politics (learning), it is necessary to transform the study of "political equality" into the study of "political equity", and to explore the fair system of political structure.We should also study the political promotion function of social equity and its realization mechanism.In today's China, it is necessary to further explore the pluralistic cooperative governance under the leadership of the Communist Party and the government, and to explore the ways and institutional mechanisms to promote social fairness and justice by fair governance of the country.
