【摘要】：正目睹官場(chǎng)諸多腐敗現(xiàn)象,具家國(guó)情懷如儕輩者,肝火焉能不旺?連日溽熱,胸中更熱。忽一日,筆者翻閱清末名著《官場(chǎng)現(xiàn)形記》。正在沉思之際,只聞一陣風(fēng)聲,竟然是《官場(chǎng)現(xiàn)形記》的作者李伯元先生翩然而至!遂有下列相隔107年的"超時(shí)空對(duì)話"——齊:官場(chǎng)的腐敗,是不是跟權(quán)力沒有"籠子"制約,抑或有"籠子"但鑰匙在自己手上有關(guān)?李:可作如是觀,絕對(duì)權(quán)力導(dǎo)致絕對(duì)腐敗,腐敗是官德最大的負(fù)面。不施之真正民主、法治的"陽(yáng)光",這腐敗的官德終不可除也!
[Abstract]:Is witnessing a lot of corruption in the official field, with family feelings such as peer generation, how can the fire not prosperous? Suddenly one day, the author read the late Qing Dynasty masterpiece "official appearance Records". While I was contemplating, I heard only a sound of wind. Without the real democracy, the rule of law "sunshine", this corrupt official morality will never be eliminated!
