鉗壓法制作的同軸電纜法布里-珀羅傳感器

【摘要】:為研究同軸電纜法布里-珀羅干涉(CCFPI)傳感器的鉗壓法制作工藝,模擬不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)CCFPI傳感器信號(hào)質(zhì)量的影響,分析得出CCFPI反射點(diǎn)的絕緣層外徑宜在1.4~2 mm范圍內(nèi),鉗壓變形長度不應(yīng)小于2 mm,反射點(diǎn)一致性對(duì)信號(hào)質(zhì)量影響顯著;模擬電纜拉伸過程,觀察到信號(hào)頻移對(duì)電纜應(yīng)變呈現(xiàn)良好的線性反應(yīng)。依據(jù)模擬結(jié)果制作CCFPI傳感器,并進(jìn)行傳感性能測(cè)試。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:CCFPI傳感器測(cè)得的應(yīng)變值始終與千分表吻合良好,二者擬合斜率為1.004 92,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.998 67,且在小應(yīng)變范圍內(nèi)CCFPI傳感器的測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)與光纖光柵吻合良好,說明該傳感器的測(cè)量結(jié)果真實(shí)可靠;同時(shí)觀察到CCFPI傳感器的分辨率可達(dá)110με,失效應(yīng)變?yōu)?40 000με。
[Abstract]:In order to study the fabrication technology of CCFPI sensor with coaxial cable Fabry-Perot Interferometer, the influence of different structural parameters on the signal quality of CCFPI sensor is simulated. It is concluded that the outer diameter of insulation layer of CCFPI reflection point should be in the range of 1.42mm. The length of clamping deformation should not be less than 2 mm, the consistency of reflection point has a significant effect on the signal quality, the linear response of signal frequency shift to cable strain is observed during the cable stretching process, and the CCFPI sensor is fabricated based on the simulation results. The experimental results show that the strain measured by the 1% CCFPI sensor is always in good agreement with the meter. The fitting slope is 1.004 2 and the correlation coefficient is 0.998 67. The measured data of the CCFPI sensor are in good agreement with the fiber grating in the small strain range, which shows that the measurement results of the sensor are true and reliable. At the same time, the CCFPI sensor has a resolution of 110 渭 蔚 and a failure strain of 140,000 渭 蔚.
