傾轉(zhuǎn)澆注法制備半固態(tài)漿料的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:運用傾轉(zhuǎn)澆注法制備了半固態(tài)漿料,采用AnyCasting模擬軟件確定了臨界傾轉(zhuǎn)速度,研究了澆注溫度、料筒材料和料筒壁厚對合金液與料筒間的熱平衡的影響,最后通過半固態(tài)漿料制備試驗進行了驗證。結(jié)果表明,當傾轉(zhuǎn)速度≥18(°)/s時,合金熔體流動速度0.5m/s并存在涌動波;當傾轉(zhuǎn)速度≤6(°)/s時,合金熔體流動速度0.5m/s,未產(chǎn)生涌動波。料筒材料、料筒壁厚和澆注溫度嚴重影響著傾轉(zhuǎn)混合過程中合金液的冷卻曲線。料筒壁厚的影響最大,澆注溫度的影響次之,料筒材料的影響最小。
