【摘要】：在當今的社會轉型期,中國共產黨傳統(tǒng)的管理思維和模式遇到了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。為應對挑戰(zhàn),黨的治理需要法治化。這是國家治理現代化實現的前提和保障,對我國國家現代化和長治久安意義重大。從實質上講,黨的治理法治化意味著黨徹底接受規(guī)則之治;從形式上講,規(guī)則至上、權力約束、程序剛性、有責必究和權利保護應成為其主要邏輯;從路徑上講,黨管黨治的法治化和管黨治黨的法治化是其兩個主要面向。
[Abstract]:In the current social transition period, the traditional management thinking and mode of the Communist Party of China has met with unprecedented challenges. In order to cope with the challenge, the party's governance needs to be governed by law, which is the prerequisite and guarantee for the realization of the modernization of national governance. It is of great significance to the modernization and long-term stability of our country. In essence, the rule of law by the Party means that the Party completely accepts the rule of law; in form, the rule of law is paramount, the power is constrained, the procedure is rigid, From the point of view of the path, the legalization of the Party governing the Party and the ruling of the Party by law are the two main aspects.
