【摘要】：正2015年,是首都北京按照中央"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局和習(xí)近平總書記視察北京重要講話精神,堅(jiān)持首都城市戰(zhàn)略定位,推進(jìn)京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展、大力疏解非首都功能、強(qiáng)化首都功能、治理"大城市病"的重要一年。市人大常委會(huì)在中共北京市委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,圍繞中央決策和市委部署,發(fā)揮人民代表大會(huì)制度優(yōu)勢,發(fā)揮人大常委會(huì)職能作用,發(fā)揮代表廣泛聯(lián)系人民群眾的作用,匯集民意,集中民智,凝聚共識(shí),依法履職,為首都改革發(fā)展提供了有力的民主法治保障。
[Abstract]:In 2015, according to the "four comprehensive" strategic layout of the Central Committee and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection of Beijing's important speech, it is the capital city that adheres to the strategic orientation of the capital city, promotes the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and vigorously dissolves the functions of non-capital cities. Under the leadership of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the standing Committee of the Municipal people's Congress, under the leadership of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, will give full play to the advantages of the people's Congress system and the functions of the standing Committee of the people's Congress around the central decision-making and arrangements of the municipal party committee. Giving full play to the role of deputies in reaching out to the masses, collecting public opinion, concentrating the wisdom of the people, gathering consensus, and performing their duties in accordance with the law, it has provided a powerful guarantee of democracy and rule of law for the reform and development of the capital.
