【摘要】：本研究以兩個執(zhí)政黨(中國共產(chǎn)黨和尼日利亞的人民民主黨)為個案,旨在考察亞、非兩洲政黨的動力性質(zhì)和運作制度。一方面,中國是世界上人口最多的國家,并代表了亞洲的大部分人口；另一方面,尼日利亞是世界上黑人人口最多的國家,并且在非洲是人口最多的國家。論文還從歷史、宣言、成就、思想立場及其他一些方面,比較了兩黨(中國共產(chǎn)黨和尼日利亞的人民民主黨)的運作機制。論文的結(jié)論源自初級和中級方法論科學(xué)分析。初級方法論是基于非概率性抽樣的問卷調(diào)查,中級方法論依賴于文獻資料分析,例如圖書館館藏期刊、教材、雜志、報告等。研究結(jié)果表明,實際上兩黨的運作機制和意識形態(tài)立場迥然不同：中國共產(chǎn)黨以一種對國民有利的方式,成功地轉(zhuǎn)變了中國人民的政治、經(jīng)濟、教育觀念和社會文化價值觀,同時也改善了國民的生活水平。然而,另一方面,作為尼日利亞的一大黨派的人民民主黨卻是在制造貧困、動蕩,致使國家的政治、經(jīng)濟和教育失衡,最終導(dǎo)致國家的落后。究其原因,本文認(rèn)為人民民主黨的運作機制不民主,甚至是與民主目標(biāo)相去甚遠。再者,中國共產(chǎn)黨踐行的是一種適合中國國情的政治體制和意識形態(tài)。最后,筆者建議人民民主黨進行批判性的改革,明確運作體制,踐行民主觀念。另一方面,中國共產(chǎn)黨的內(nèi)部斗爭將會確保永久的、富有成效的政治發(fā)展,等等。
[Abstract]:This study takes two ruling parties (the Communist Party of China and the people's Democratic Party of Nigeria) as an example to examine the dynamic nature and operating system of political parties in Asia and Africa. On the one hand, China is the most populous country in the world. It represents the majority of the population of Asia; on the other hand, Nigeria has the largest black population in the world and the most populous country in Africa. The paper also looks at history, declarations, achievements, ideological positions, and other aspects. This paper compares the operating mechanism of the two parties (the Communist Party of China and the people's Democratic Party of Nigeria). The conclusion of the paper is derived from the scientific analysis of primary and intermediate methodologies, which are based on non-probabilistic sampling questionnaires. Intermediate methodology relies on literature analysis, such as library journals, textbooks, journals, reports, etc. In fact, the operating mechanisms and ideological positions of the two parties are very different: the CPC has successfully transformed the political, economic, educational and social and cultural values of the Chinese people in a way that is beneficial to the people of China. But on the other hand, the people's Democratic Party, a major party in Nigeria, is creating poverty, instability and political, economic and educational imbalances in the country. The reason is that the operating mechanism of the people's Democratic Party is undemocratic, even far from the goal of democracy. The Communist Party of China practices a political system and ideology suited to China's national conditions. Finally, the author suggests that the people's Democratic Party (PDP) should carry out critical reforms, clarify the operating system, and practice democratic concepts. On the other hand, The internal struggle of the Communist Party of China will ensure permanent, productive political development and so on.
