氬等離子體預處理纖維表面兩步法制備聚丙烯螯合纖維

【摘要】:將聚丙烯(PP)纖維先在氬(Ar)氣氛等離子體場下生成表面活性自由基,而且與空氣中的氧生成過氧自由基,然后在加熱的條件下引發(fā)單體丙烯酸(AA)進行接枝反應,再和三乙烯四胺(TETA)進行酰胺化反應,制備出了PP-g-AA-TETA螯合纖維。采用FT-IR、SEM和自制毛細管微壓計等,考察了PP-g-AA-TETA螯合纖維表面特征官能團的歸屬、微觀形貌和纖維的親水性。結果表明:在PP纖維表面陸續(xù)接枝了AA和TETA,水接觸角隨胺化量的增大而減小,從87.4°(脫脂棉為基準)減少到74.8°。最佳等離子條件為:氣氛壓強15 Pa,功率30 W,時間3 min。最佳液相接枝AA的反應條件為:硫酸亞鐵銨加入量0.0800 g/100m L,AA單體濃度30%,反應溫度60℃。最佳酰胺化反應條件為:溫度60℃、時間12 h。
[Abstract]:Polypropylene (PP) fibers were prepared to form surface-active radicals in argon nitride (Arg) atmosphere plasma field, and then superoxide radicals were formed with oxygen in air, and then the monomer acrylic acid (AAA) was grafted under heating conditions. The PP-g-AA-TETA chelating fiber was prepared by amidation reaction with triethylenetetramine tetra. The attribution of the characteristic functional groups on the surface of PP-g-AA-TETA chelating fiber was investigated by FT-IR SEM and self-made capillary microbarometer. The results showed that AA and TETAA were grafted on the surface of PP fiber, and the water contact angle decreased with the increase of amination amount. The optimum plasma conditions are as follows: atmosphere pressure 15 Pa, power 30 W, time 3 min. The optimum reaction conditions of liquid phase grafting AA are as follows: the amount of ammonium ferrous sulfate is 0.0800 g / 100 mL AA monomer concentration, the reaction temperature is 30.
