【摘要】：正江蘇南部地區(qū)(以下簡稱"蘇南")是近代中國現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)軔地,是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)較發(fā)達(dá)、現(xiàn)代化程度較高的地區(qū)之一,加快蘇南區(qū)域現(xiàn)代化建設(shè),進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮示范帶動(dòng)效應(yīng),對(duì)整個(gè)江蘇乃至全國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)具有重要意義。蘇南區(qū)域現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的目標(biāo)是:堅(jiān)持改革開放和創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng),牢牢把握發(fā)展的階段性特征,充分借鑒國際先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,努力建設(shè)自主創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)、現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)、城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展一體化先行區(qū)、開放合作引領(lǐng)區(qū)、富裕文明宜居區(qū),在經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)代化、城鄉(xiāng)現(xiàn)代化、社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)和民主法治建設(shè)方面走在全國前列。
[Abstract]:The southern part of Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as "Southern Jiangsu") is the birthplace of modernization in modern China and one of the regions with relatively developed economy and society and a relatively high degree of modernization. It is of great significance to the modernization construction of the whole Jiangsu and even the whole country. The objectives of the modernization construction in southern Jiangsu are to persist in the reform, opening up and innovation drive, firmly grasp the stage characteristics of development, and fully learn from the advanced international experience. Speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development and strive to build demonstration zones for independent innovation, modern industrial agglomeration areas, areas leading the integration of urban and rural development, open and cooperative leading areas, rich and civilized livable areas, economic modernization, urban and rural modernization, and social modernization. The construction of ecological civilization and democracy and the rule of law in the forefront of the country.
