【摘要】： 當(dāng)前社會(huì),媒體處于十分激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀態(tài)。雖然電視以其不斷的技術(shù)更新來(lái)滿足大眾的需求,但也有其局限性。從傳播便捷上看,它不如廣播；從傳播速度上說(shuō),它不及網(wǎng)絡(luò)；從傳播永久性上講,它比不上報(bào)紙。可是要想展示一件法制事件的全過(guò)程,廣播的聽覺(jué)、報(bào)紙的平面以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)的隨意性,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)比不上電視節(jié)目的全面、生動(dòng)、專業(yè)。 隨著我國(guó)普法教育的深入,人民法律意識(shí)日益增強(qiáng),電視法制節(jié)目己經(jīng)成為繼新聞節(jié)目、娛樂(lè)節(jié)目之后的第三大節(jié)目門類,進(jìn)入了前所未有的鼎盛時(shí)期。法制節(jié)目的興旺,一方面順應(yīng)了我國(guó)依法治國(guó)的治國(guó)方略,另一方面,也滿足了觀眾從法制節(jié)目中獲取法律知識(shí)的強(qiáng)烈愿望。而在法制電視節(jié)目中,法制專題片又以講述案件的全面、畫面的生動(dòng)和懸疑的故事情節(jié),吸引著觀眾的眼球�？v觀任何一期法制節(jié)目,都有法制專題片的內(nèi)容,它在法制類節(jié)目中占有著絕大部分的比例。因此,對(duì)法制專題片的創(chuàng)作及其創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的研究,是搞好法制節(jié)目的基礎(chǔ)和重點(diǎn)。 電視法制專題片對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)的法制建設(shè)、提升公眾的法制意識(shí)起著明顯的作用,也是電視媒體進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、提高收視率的有效工具,但同時(shí)法制專題片的創(chuàng)作又是一把雙刃劍：法制專題片與其他節(jié)目類型相比,其特殊的報(bào)道領(lǐng)域和報(bào)道題材能夠增強(qiáng)節(jié)目的實(shí)用性、服務(wù)性以及故事性和娛樂(lè)性,但也極易讓節(jié)目走入低俗化誤區(qū),背離法制節(jié)目的精神實(shí)質(zhì)和基本宗旨。特別是近年來(lái),隨著傳媒的市場(chǎng)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化以及傳媒對(duì)法的本質(zhì)和精神的誤解和不解,導(dǎo)致很多法制專題片過(guò)度地追求刺激和收視率,出現(xiàn)諸多問(wèn)題和傳播誤區(qū)。 作為法制專題片的編導(dǎo)如何使用好這把“劍”尤為重要,是用觸目驚心、暴力血腥的畫面來(lái)吸引觀眾?還是以揭示案件背后的情、理、法的沖突,用法律的力量來(lái)啟示觀眾?態(tài)度決定行動(dòng),細(xì)節(jié)決定效果,法制專題片的編導(dǎo)一定要肩負(fù)起媒體所承擔(dān)的社會(huì)責(zé)任,義不容辭的宣揚(yáng)公平正義,打造出社會(huì)效應(yīng)和收視效應(yīng)相結(jié)合的法制專題片節(jié)目。 作為一名優(yōu)秀的法制專題片編導(dǎo),不僅要端正態(tài)度,還要有過(guò)硬的業(yè)務(wù)素養(yǎng)。筆者從事六年法制專題片的編導(dǎo)工作,因此,本文結(jié)合筆者的實(shí)踐工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),從法制專題片的創(chuàng)作手法入手,對(duì)當(dāng)前法制專題片存在的問(wèn)題和傳播誤區(qū)進(jìn)行了深入分析,并對(duì)電視法制專題片的未來(lái)發(fā)展提出了一些具有借鑒意義的創(chuàng)新策略。
[Abstract]:In the current society, the media is in a very fierce competitive state. Although television meets the needs of the public with its continuous technological updates, it also has its limitations. From the point of view of the convenience of communication, it is not as good as broadcasting, and it is inferior to the Internet in terms of the speed of communication. Permanently speaking, it is not comparable to newspapers. But to show the whole process of a legal incident, the hearing of broadcasting, the plane of newspapers and the arbitrariness of the network, is far less comprehensive, vivid and professional than TV programs. With the deepening of law popularization education in our country and the increasing legal consciousness of the people, TV legal programs have become the third largest category of programs after news programs and entertainment programs, and have entered an unprecedented prosperous period. On the one hand, it conforms to the general strategy of governing the country according to law, on the other hand, it also satisfies the audience's strong desire to acquire legal knowledge from legal programs. The vivid and suspense storyline of the picture attracts the attention of the audience. Throughout any legal program, there is the content of the legal feature film, which accounts for the vast majority of the legal programs. The research on the creation and innovative development of legal feature films is the basis and emphasis of doing well the legal programs. TV legal feature films play an obvious role in promoting the legal construction of our country and raising the public's awareness of the legal system. They are also an effective tool for TV media to compete in the market and improve ratings. But at the same time, the creation of legal feature films is a double-edged sword: compared with other types of programs, legal feature films can enhance the practicality, service, story and entertainment of programs by their special reporting fields and subjects. However, it is also easy to make the programs go into vulgar misunderstandings and deviate from the spiritual essence and basic purpose of legal programs. Especially in recent years, with the marketization and industrialization of the media and the misunderstanding and confusion of the nature and spirit of the law by the media, This leads to the excessive pursuit of stimulus and ratings by many legal feature films, resulting in many problems and misunderstandings. How to use this "sword" as the director of the legal feature film is particularly important, is to use the shocking, violent and bloody screen to attract the audience? Or to reveal the situation behind the case, reason, the conflict of law, with the power of law to inspire the audience? Attitude determines the action, the details determine the effect, the compilation of the legal feature film must shoulder the social responsibility of the media, it is duty-bound to promote fairness and justice, and create a legal feature program combining the social effect and the viewing effect. As an excellent director of legal feature film, we should not only have a correct attitude, but also have excellent professional accomplishment. The author is engaged in compiling and directing legal feature film for six years. Therefore, this paper combines the author's practical work experience, Starting with the creative techniques of legal feature films, this paper analyzes deeply the existing problems and misunderstandings of legal feature films, and puts forward some innovative strategies for the future development of TV legal feature films.
