【摘要】：維權(quán)行動(dòng)能夠帶來(lái)什么樣的結(jié)果?現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)的研究過(guò)多地關(guān)注參與者的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和集體行為的后果。本研究關(guān)注維權(quán)行動(dòng)會(huì)給參與者帶來(lái)什么樣的變化。通過(guò)對(duì)一個(gè)商品房小區(qū)業(yè)主維權(quán)活動(dòng)和成立業(yè)主委員會(huì)的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)這樣的過(guò)程可以顯著提高參與者的民主意識(shí)。商品房小區(qū)業(yè)主通過(guò)參與業(yè)主大會(huì),進(jìn)行投票,決定社區(qū)內(nèi)的重大事項(xiàng),這可以給業(yè)主帶來(lái)深入的民主體驗(yàn),讓他們學(xué)習(xí)按照民主程序來(lái)解決糾紛。這對(duì)于社區(qū)治理和基層民主都有著積極的意義。
[Abstract]:What can be the outcome of affirmative action? The existing literature studies pay too much attention to the risks of participants and the consequences of collective behavior. This study focuses on what changes will be brought to participants by affirmative action. Through the rights activities of owners of a commercial housing estate and the establishment of the industry. The study of the main Committee, It is found that this process can significantly enhance the democratic awareness of the participants. The owners of commercial housing estates can vote to decide the major issues in the community by participating in the owners' meeting, which can bring the owners an in-depth democratic experience. Let them learn to settle disputes according to democratic procedures. This is positive for both community governance and grassroots democracy.
