自模板法制備鎳摻雜的錳酸鋰納米棒及其電化學(xué)性能

【摘要】:采用自模板法制備了Ni摻雜的錳酸鋰納米棒,利用X射線衍射、掃描電子顯微鏡表征其結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌,并對(duì)其電化學(xué)充放性能進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)Ni摻雜量x=0.1時(shí)所獲得的產(chǎn)物L(fēng)iNi_(0.1)Mn_(1.9)O_4的容量保持率較好,且具有較好的高溫大倍率循環(huán)性能。在50℃以3C倍率循環(huán)500周后,LiNi_(0.1)Mn_(1.9)O_4納米棒容量保持率達(dá)70%,而未摻雜的LiMn_2O_4納米棒僅能保持33%。
[Abstract]:Ni-doped lithium manganese oxide nanorods were prepared by self-template method. The structure and morphology of the nanorods were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical charge and discharge properties of the product were analyzed. The results showed that the volume retention rate of the product LiNi_(0.1)Mn_(1.9)O_4 obtained with Ni doping amount x = 0.1 was better.
