【摘要】：法治是人類文明進(jìn)步的共同追求。從中共十五大把依法治國(guó)確定為黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民治理國(guó)家的基本方略到十八屆四中全會(huì)把法治教育納入國(guó)民教育體系,這充分體現(xiàn)了黨中央對(duì)法治教育的重視。黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)提出全面依法治國(guó)后,從思想政治教育視域下研究大學(xué)生法治觀培育是當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育工作中一項(xiàng)重要且緊迫的任務(wù)。論文共分三個(gè)部分。首先,從大學(xué)生法治觀培育概念出發(fā),對(duì)法治、法治觀、法治觀培育等內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定,提煉并論證了大學(xué)生法治觀培育由五個(gè)要素構(gòu)成,闡釋了大學(xué)生法治觀培育的理論及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。其次,在對(duì)大學(xué)生法治觀培育現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出大學(xué)生法治觀培育取得的成績(jī),剖析了大學(xué)生法治觀培育中存在著踐行力度不夠、培育內(nèi)容有待豐富、培育方法有待改進(jìn)及培育效果有待提高等問題,進(jìn)而對(duì)問題出現(xiàn)的原因分別從社會(huì)環(huán)境、教師及其他人員和大學(xué)生自身三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了分析。最后,在凝練出大學(xué)生法治觀培育應(yīng)明確基本原則的基礎(chǔ)上,提出優(yōu)化法治觀培育環(huán)境、豐富法治觀培育內(nèi)容、改進(jìn)法治觀培育方法、增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生法治觀自我教育的主動(dòng)性等對(duì)策建議。論文的研究旨在培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀、推進(jìn)法治校園建設(shè)、豐富思想政治教育內(nèi)容和提高大學(xué)生法治素質(zhì),為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家建設(shè)保駕護(hù)航,培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人。
[Abstract]:The rule of law is the common pursuit of the progress of human civilization. From the basic plan of ruling the country according to law determined by the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the party leading the people to govern the country, the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee brought the rule of law education into the national education system. This fully reflects the importance the CPC Central Committee attaches to education on the rule of law.After the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee put forward a comprehensive rule of law, It is an important and urgent task to study the cultivation of college students' view of rule of law from the perspective of ideological and political education. The concept of rule of law and the cultivation of view of rule of law are defined, the cultivation of view of rule of law of college students is refined and demonstrated by five elements, and the theoretical and practical significance of cultivation of view of rule of law of college students is explained. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the cultivation of college students' view of the rule of law, this paper sums up the achievements made in the cultivation of the view of the rule of law of college students, and analyzes that the cultivation of the concept of the rule of law of college students is not enough in practice, and the contents of the cultivation. The cultivation methods need to be improved and the cultivation effect needs to be improved. Then the causes of the problems are analyzed from three aspects: social environment, teachers and other personnel, and college students themselves. On the basis of condensing out that the cultivation of college students' view of rule of law should be clear about the basic principles, this paper proposes to optimize the cultivation environment of the concept of rule of law, to enrich the cultivation content of the concept of rule of law, and to improve the cultivation method of. The purpose of this paper is to cultivate and practice the socialist core values, to promote the construction of the campus ruled by law, to enrich the contents of ideological and political education and to improve the quality of college students' rule of law. To protect the construction of the socialist country ruled by law and train the qualified constructors and reliable successors of the socialist cause.
