熔融共結(jié)晶法制備赤蘚糖醇-三氯蔗糖共晶體

【摘要】:共結(jié)晶技術(shù)是精細(xì)化學(xué)品、制藥等高附加值行業(yè)的前沿研究方向。本文以赤蘚糖醇為載體,采用熔融共結(jié)晶法制備了赤蘚糖醇-三氯蔗糖固態(tài)復(fù)配產(chǎn)品,應(yīng)用TG-DSC、XRD和SEM等對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)與性能進(jìn)行了表征分析;結(jié)果表明:熔融共結(jié)晶法制備的赤蘚糖醇-三氯蔗糖固態(tài)復(fù)配產(chǎn)品為共晶體,赤蘚糖醇-三氯蔗糖共晶體的DSC熱分解吸熱峰的峰頂溫度為156.2℃,而三氯蔗糖的熱分解吸熱峰的峰頂溫度為134.4℃,說明共結(jié)晶過程有效提高了共晶體復(fù)配產(chǎn)品中三氯蔗糖的熱穩(wěn)定性,共結(jié)晶試驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)晶種加入量和晶種粒度分布是影響赤蘚糖醇-三氯蔗糖共結(jié)晶產(chǎn)品粒度分布和堆密度的重要因素;當(dāng)加入晶種的粒度為120~200目,加入量為10 wt%時(shí),熔融共結(jié)晶法制備的赤蘚糖醇-三氯蔗糖共晶體產(chǎn)品中30~60目的晶體占總質(zhì)量的91.8%,堆密度可達(dá)0.82 g/cm~3。
[Abstract]:Eutectic technology is the leading research direction of high value-added industries, such as fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals. In this paper, a solid mixture of erythritol and trichlorosucrose was prepared by melt eutectic method with erythritol as the carrier. The structure and properties were characterized by TG-DSC-XRD and SEM. The results showed that the solid mixture of erythritol and sucralose was eutectic. The peak temperature of the endothermic peak of DSC and sucrose trichlorohydrin is 156.2 鈩,
