【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,對當代中國國家治理的核心問題——什么是國家治理現代化、怎樣推進國家治理現代化,習近平總書記作了系列重要論述。其中,習近平從國家治理現代化的指導思想層面突出表達了"以人民為中心的法治化治理"思想。作為國家治理現代化時代課題的中國方略,"以人民為中心的法治化治理"思想,是國家治理現代化的抽象形式——法治化和國家治理現代化的抽象實質——良法善治的本質升華,是國家治理現代化的具體實質解答。推進當代中國國家治理現代化,必須貫徹落實習近平"以人民為中心的法治化治理"思想,不能停留于國家治理現代化的抽象形式層次和抽象實質層次。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on the core issues of contemporary China's state governance-what is the modernization of state governance and how to promote it. From the guiding ideology of the modernization of national governance, Xi Jinping prominently expressed the thought of "the people as the center of the rule of law". As the subject of the times of the modernization of state governance, the Chinese strategy, the thought of "the people as the center of the rule of law", the thought of "the people as the center of the rule of law", It is the abstract form of the modernization of national governance-the abstract essence of the modernization of governance by law and the essence of good law and good governance, and the concrete substantive solution of the modernization of national governance.
