【摘要】：正黨的十八屆四中全會提出一個重要的概念:"法律是治國之重器,良法是善治之前提",并從戰(zhàn)略上提出了全面推進依法治國的總目標,這就是:建設中國特色社會主義法治體系,建設社會主義法治國家。具體綱領是:在中國共產(chǎn)黨領導下,堅持中國特色社會主義制度,貫徹中國特色社會主義法治理論,形成完備的法律規(guī)范體系、高效的法治實施體系、嚴密的法治監(jiān)督體系、有力的法治保障體系,形成完善的黨內(nèi)法規(guī)體系,堅持依法治國、依法執(zhí)政、依法行政共同
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee put forward an important concept: "Law is the heavy organ of governing the country, good law is the premise of good governance", and strategically put forward the overall goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law. This is: to build a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and to build a socialist country ruled by law. The concrete program is: under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, we should adhere to the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and implement the theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. To form a complete system of legal norms, an efficient system of implementation of the rule of law, a strict system of supervision of the rule of law, a strong system of ensuring the rule of law, a perfect system of laws and regulations within the Party, and a system of ruling the country according to law, ruling by law, and administering together according to law.
