【摘要】：伴隨著中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設進程的演進，中國特色的政治發(fā)展逐漸成為一個世人關注的焦點問題。未來選擇什么樣的政治發(fā)展道路，這不僅關系到中國特色社會主義建設的全局，關系到黨和國家的前途命運，而且也與每一個中國人的切身利益息息相關。實踐證明，中國的政治發(fā)展是與特定的社會、歷史、文化緊密相連，具有鮮明的中國特色和時代特征。 政治發(fā)展作為政治領域中發(fā)生的變遷，具有正向性。主要包括政治上層建筑中各種關系的變革和調適。中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展是當代中國政治領域里發(fā)生的正向變化和進步,是與中國社會主義現(xiàn)代化進程相聯(lián)系的政治民主化過程。本文側重于對新世紀以來中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展進行研究。主要內容如下：第一部分闡述中國在政治發(fā)展中始終堅守的基本政治理念，從而確立體現(xiàn)政治民主，踐行法治政治，追求效能政治，保持政治穩(wěn)定的中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展的基本戰(zhàn)略目標。第二部分結合中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展所遵循的堅持社會主義發(fā)展方向，堅持黨的領導、人民當家作主和依法治國有機統(tǒng)一，，堅持在基本政治制度框架內發(fā)展，堅持科學發(fā)展觀，堅持走中國自己的路等實踐原則，闡釋新世紀中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展的價值取向——實現(xiàn)社會和諧，維護公平正義，擴大政治民主。第三部分從發(fā)展方式、發(fā)展內容、發(fā)展模式等方面探討新世紀中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展的實現(xiàn)路徑。 我國目前處于社會轉型關鍵時期，各領域矛盾日益凸顯，給政治發(fā)展帶來了嚴峻考驗。深入研究新世紀中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展，深刻認識中國特色社會主義政治制度的本質和內在規(guī)律，通過完善制度逐步化解矛盾，有助于我們在實踐中實現(xiàn)政治發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟建設、社會穩(wěn)定協(xié)調發(fā)展，彰顯中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展的道路自信。
[Abstract]:With the evolution of the modernization process of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the political development with Chinese characteristics has gradually become the focus of attention of the world. What kind of political development path should be chosen in the future? This is not only related to the overall situation of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also to the future and destiny of the party and the country, and is closely related to the vital interests of every Chinese. Practice has proved that China's political development is related to a specific society and history. Culture is closely linked, with distinct Chinese characteristics and characteristics of the times. Political development as a change in the political field, The political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a positive change and progress in the field of contemporary Chinese politics. This paper focuses on the research on the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics since the new century. The main contents are as follows: the first part describes the political development of china in politics. The basic political concepts that have always been upheld in the course of governance and development, In order to establish the embodiment of political democracy, the practice of the rule of law politics, the pursuit of effective politics, The basic strategic objectives of the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics that maintain political stability. The second part is to adhere to the direction of socialist development followed by the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to uphold the leadership of the Party. The people are organically unified in being masters of their own country and governing the country according to law, adhering to the practical principles of developing within the framework of the basic political system, adhering to the scientific concept of development, and following China's own road. Explains the value orientation of the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new century-to realize social harmony, to safeguard fairness and justice, to expand political democracy. This paper discusses the way to realize the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new century. At present, our country is in a critical period of social transformation, and contradictions in various fields are becoming increasingly prominent, which has brought a severe test to the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new century. A deep understanding of the nature and internal laws of the socialist political system with Chinese characteristics and the gradual resolution of contradictions through the improvement of the system will help us achieve political development and economic construction in practice and the stable and coordinated development of society.
