墨水涂覆法制備硫化物全固態(tài)鋰離子電池

【摘要】:采用墨水涂覆技術(shù)制備基于硫化物的電解質(zhì)薄膜及其全固態(tài)鋰離子電池。通過(guò)N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)溶劑對(duì)真空燒結(jié)法制得的Li_8P_2S_9粉末進(jìn)行處理,獲得均勻、穩(wěn)定的湛藍(lán)色Li_8P_2S_9墨水。研究結(jié)果表明:NMP溶劑處理后的Li_8P_2S_9顆粒粒徑從10μm降低到1μm左右,物相晶體結(jié)構(gòu)不變,但改善顆粒間的接觸性能。在Li_8P_2S_9墨水中添加一定量的聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)黏結(jié)劑,溶解完全后將墨水滴涂在磷酸鐵鋰正極表面,除去溶劑即可一步實(shí)現(xiàn)電解質(zhì)的成膜及電解質(zhì)與正極的復(fù)合。當(dāng)PVDF與Li_8P_2S_9的質(zhì)量比為1:10時(shí),電解質(zhì)膜30℃下的鋰離子電導(dǎo)率為2.03×10~(-4)S/cm,25℃電化學(xué)窗口為5.15V。以該墨水涂覆法制得的LiFePO_4/Li電池可在室溫下穩(wěn)定工作,0.2C下循環(huán)100圈的平均比容量為113.7mA·h/g,庫(kù)侖效率為99%。
[Abstract]:The sulfide-based electrolyte film and its all-solid lithium ion battery were prepared by ink coating technique. The Li_8P_2S_9 powder prepared by vacuum sintering was treated with N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) solvent, and the results were uniform. Stable blue Li_8P_2S_9 ink. The results show that the particle size of Li_8P_2S_9 is reduced from 10 渭 m to about 1 渭 m, and the crystal structure of the phase is unchanged. However, the contact properties between particles were improved. Adding a certain amount of PVDF binder to Li_8P_2S_9 ink, the ink droplets were coated on the surface of lithium iron phosphate positive electrode after dissolved completely. When the mass ratio of PVDF to Li_8P_2S_9 is 1:10, the film formation of electrolyte and the recombination of electrolyte and positive electrode can be realized in one step by removing the solvent.
