【摘要】: 本文對(duì)電火花法制備高純超細(xì)氧化鋁進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,采用很安全的低壓直流電源進(jìn)行放電實(shí)驗(yàn),制備出了高純超細(xì)氧化鋁,并得出以下結(jié)論: 以不同純度金屬鋁在二次去離子水中火花放電制備出以Al(OH)3和Al為主的前驅(qū)體,二者之外的雜質(zhì)主要取決于原料鋁的純度,火花放電過(guò)程不會(huì)造成新的污染。 研究了火花放電機(jī)理,發(fā)現(xiàn)殘留鋁的含量主要取決于間斷放電電蝕量,間斷放電電蝕量又取決于間斷放電能量,間斷放電能量的大小取決于電壓,電流,脈沖寬度等因素。對(duì)放電后鋁粒表面形貌進(jìn)行了研究,反應(yīng)終止是鋁粒表面的變質(zhì)層引起的,通過(guò)強(qiáng)力攪拌和稀鹽酸的清洗可以改善鋁粒表面,除去變質(zhì)層,反應(yīng)是可以連續(xù)進(jìn)行的。 運(yùn)用星形球磨機(jī)對(duì)前驅(qū)體進(jìn)行濕磨,研究了球磨參數(shù)對(duì)前驅(qū)體的影響,最后在250r/min轉(zhuǎn)速下球磨4小時(shí)后得到了高純的氫氧化鋁,將高純氫氧化鋁在1200℃×2h制度下煅燒得到了α-Al2O3,用ICP-OES檢測(cè)其純度達(dá)到99.9932%,經(jīng)超聲波處理8min后檢測(cè)其粒度為16.54μm。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the preparation of high purity ultrafine alumina by electrical discharge method is studied systematically. The high purity ultrafine alumina is prepared by using a very safe low voltage DC power supply for discharge experiments, and the following conclusions are drawn:. The precursor of Al(OH)3 and Al was prepared by spark discharge in secondary deionized water with different purity of metal aluminum. The impurities outside of them mainly depend on the purity of raw material aluminum, and the spark discharge process will not cause new pollution. The mechanism of spark discharge is studied. It is found that the content of residual aluminum mainly depends on the amount of electrical corrosion of discontinuous discharge, and the amount of electric corrosion of discontinuous discharge depends on the energy of discontinuous discharge, and the magnitude of energy of discontinuous discharge depends on voltage and current. Pulse width and other factors. The surface morphology of aluminum particles after discharge is studied. The reaction termination is caused by the metamorphic layer on the surface of aluminum particles. The surface of aluminum particles can be improved by strong stirring and cleaning with dilute hydrochloric acid, and the metamorphic layer can be removed. The reaction can be carried out continuously. The influence of ball milling parameters on the precursor was studied by wet milling with a star ball mill.
