【摘要】：警察繼續(xù)教育作為成人教育的特殊形態(tài),其改革發(fā)展一直是社會、政府、公安部門、司法機構(gòu)、教育機構(gòu)共同關(guān)注的焦點,其中,如何以法治素質(zhì)提升促進警察繼續(xù)教育變革,更是近些年來業(yè)內(nèi)和學界探究的熱門話語。在此認知上,本文從法治素質(zhì)提升與警察繼續(xù)教育變革的種種關(guān)系入手,在深入揭示提升蘊意與變革走向、提升要求與變革問題、提升趨勢與變革路向等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)與探求我國警察繼續(xù)教育發(fā)展的新態(tài)勢。
[Abstract]:Police continuing education, as a special form of adult education, its reform and development has been the focus of attention of the society, the government, the public security department, the judiciary and educational institutions. Among them, how to improve the quality of the rule of law to promote the reform of police continuing education. It is also a hot topic in the field and academic circles in recent years. In this cognition, this paper starts with the relationship between the improvement of the quality of the rule of law and the reform of the police continuing education, and reveals the meaning and the trend of the promotion and the trend of the change, the requirements and the question of the change. On the basis of the internal relations of the key links, such as the promotion of the trend and the direction of change, this paper finds out and explores the new situation of the development of the continuing education of the police in our country.
