靜電紡絲法制備載銀敷料及其性能表征

【摘要】:采用靜電紡絲方法制備了聚乳酸(PLA)/聚己內(nèi)酯(PCL)-聚乙烯醇(PVA)-殼聚糖(CS)-銀(Ag)抗菌劑納米纖維敷料。通過(guò)掃描電鏡觀察了纖維的微觀結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)對(duì)其親水性能及抗菌性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)使用甲酸/丙酮作為CS的溶劑,同時(shí)添加PVA改善CS和PLA/PCL的相容性,能夠獲得直徑均勻的納米纖維,其靜態(tài)接觸角大幅度降低,吸水性、保水性和水汽透過(guò)率有顯著的提高。當(dāng)銀抗菌劑的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)在0.125‰時(shí),敷料對(duì)于革蘭氏陽(yáng)性菌金黃色葡萄球菌和革蘭氏陰性菌大腸桿菌具有良好的抗菌活性,可用于制備創(chuàng)面抗菌敷料。
[Abstract]:Poly (lactic acid) PLAN / poly (caprolactone) / polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) -polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) -polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) -chitosan (CSA) -AgAg-based antibacterial nano-fiber dressings were prepared by electrospinning method. The microstructure of the fibers was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the hydrophilic and antibacterial properties of the fibers were tested. The results show that by using formic acid / acetone as the solvent of CS and adding PVA to improve the compatibility of CS and PLA/PCL, the uniform diameter nanofibers can be obtained.
