【摘要】：強調(diào)法制教育在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的特殊地位和作用,依靠法制教育來促進(jìn)和優(yōu)化大學(xué)生思想政治教育,是新時期高等院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育與時俱進(jìn)的重要標(biāo)志和努力方向。 但是大學(xué)生法制教育的現(xiàn)狀卻令人堪憂,由于法制教育自身的年輕和不成熟,法制教育理論的研究在某些問題上還存在一些薄弱環(huán)節(jié),沒有能夠很好的對大學(xué)生法制教育的實踐進(jìn)行理論支撐,雖然法制教育已經(jīng)納入思想政治教育的體系之中,但是法制教育與思想政治教育一直沒有真正地、有效地融合在一起,這成為制約大學(xué)生法制教育發(fā)展的一個重要因素。 大學(xué)生法制教育的實施沒有真正的與思想政治教育相融合,這成為制約大學(xué)生法制教育實效性的瓶頸,學(xué)界對這個問題的研究也比較少。本文結(jié)合大學(xué)生法制教育的現(xiàn)狀,從法制教育的地位和實施情況入手,分析法制教育存在問題的原因,找出法制教育沒有真正融合到思想政治教育之中的癥結(jié)；論證了大學(xué)生法制教育與思想政治教育再融合的重要性、必要性和可行性；提出了用思想政治教育較為成熟的原則、理論和方法指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生法制教育的實施,以期改變大學(xué)生法制教育的現(xiàn)狀的基本思路。
[Abstract]:Emphasizing the special position and role of the legal education in the ideological and political education of college students, relying on the legal education to promote and optimize the ideological and political education of college students, It is an important symbol and direction of college students' ideological and political education to keep pace with the times in the new era. However, the current situation of the legal education of college students is worrying. Due to the youth and immaturity of the legal education itself, there are still some weak links in the research of the theory of legal education. There is no good theoretical support for the practice of legal education for college students. Although legal education has been brought into the system of ideological and political education, legal education and ideological and political education have not really and effectively merged together. This becomes an important factor that restricts the development of college students'legal education. The implementation of the legal education of college students has not really merged with the ideological and political education, which has become the bottleneck restricting the effectiveness of the legal education of college students. Starting with the status and implementation of legal education, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in legal education, and finds out the crux of the fact that legal education is not really integrated into ideological and political education. This paper demonstrates the importance, necessity and feasibility of the re-integration of the legal education and the ideological and political education of college students, and puts forward the more mature principles, theories and methods to guide the implementation of the legal education of college students. In order to change the status quo of legal education for college students.
