【摘要】： 中國特色社會主義民主政治建設(shè)不僅需要發(fā)達的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、合理的體制、健全的法制和完善的機制來維系,還需要先進的文化條件做支撐。隨著經(jīng)濟社會和科學技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,人類已進入網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代。以計算機技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)為載體產(chǎn)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化,順應了未來經(jīng)濟時代和“數(shù)字化生存”發(fā)展趨勢,已經(jīng)走進我們的生活,并逐漸成為我們主流的生存方式。此時,網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化也已受到了眾多學者的關(guān)注,成為學術(shù)界研究的熱點之一。十多年來,學界對網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的研究取得了一定的成果,尤其是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化概念、主要特征、利弊分析方面碩果累累。而且我國也有部分學者分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化對民主發(fā)展及我國民主政治建設(shè)的影響,有了初步的成效。然而,把社會主義先進文化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化結(jié)合研究的成果較少,深入分析中國先進網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化民主政治建設(shè)的功能的資料更是有限。但中國特色社會主義民主政治建設(shè),離不開社會主義先進文化的支撐,也不可避免的受到網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的影響。所以說,中國先進網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化民主政治建設(shè)的功能研究非常必要,有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義和理論意義。本文以馬克思主義哲學和歷史唯物主義的世界觀為指導,運用了歷史分析法、理論聯(lián)系實際法、邏輯歸納法、比較研究等方法,對中國先進的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的科學含義和鮮明特征作了深入的分析,著重闡釋了它的民主政治建設(shè)功能。全文共分為四部分:一,界定中國先進網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的科學內(nèi)涵及鮮明特征;二,介紹了中國先進網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的民主政治建設(shè)功能;三,分析了當前中國民主政治建設(shè)中網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化功能的缺陷及原因;四,探究發(fā)展中國先進網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的途徑,加強民主政治建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The construction of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics needs not only a developed material foundation, a reasonable system, a sound legal system and a sound mechanism to maintain it. With the rapid development of economy, society and science and technology, mankind has entered the network age. The network culture produced by computer technology and Internet technology is the carrier. Complying with the future economic era and the development trend of "digital survival", it has entered our life and gradually become our mainstream way of survival. At this time, the network culture has also been concerned by many scholars. It has become one of the hotspots in academic circles. In the past ten years or so, some achievements have been made in the research of network culture, especially in the concept and main characteristics of network culture. There are also some scholars in our country who have analyzed the influence of network culture on the development of democracy and the construction of democratic politics in our country. However, Few achievements have been made in combining the advanced socialist culture with the network culture, and the data for in-depth analysis of the functions of the democratic political construction of China's advanced network culture are even more limited. However, the construction of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics is even more limited. It cannot be separated from the support of socialist advanced culture and inevitably influenced by network culture. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the function of democratic political construction of China's advanced network culture. This paper, guided by Marxist philosophy and the world outlook of historical materialism, applies the methods of historical analysis, theory and practice, logic induction, comparative study, etc. This paper makes a deep analysis of the scientific meaning and distinctive characteristics of China's advanced network culture, and emphatically explains its function of democratic political construction. The full text is divided into four parts: first, defining the scientific connotation and distinctive characteristics of China's advanced network culture; Secondly, it introduces the democratic political construction function of China's advanced network culture; thirdly, it analyzes the defects and reasons of the network culture function in the current Chinese democratic political construction; fourthly, it explores the ways to develop China's advanced network culture. Strengthen the construction of democratic politics.
