【摘要】： 中國(guó)的法制節(jié)目,在20世紀(jì)80年代起步,在21世紀(jì)的時(shí)候開(kāi)始繁榮起來(lái),現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)的電視觀眾最為熟知和喜愛(ài)的電視節(jié)目類(lèi)型之一�，F(xiàn)階段,我們的國(guó)家無(wú)論是精神文明還是物質(zhì)文明都突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展著,跟著時(shí)代的步伐,社會(huì)也逐漸演變成了法制社會(huì),那么法制節(jié)目的出現(xiàn),從功能性上來(lái)看,在普及法律知識(shí)方面起了相當(dāng)大的作用。 我國(guó)的法制電視節(jié)目,主要內(nèi)容都是報(bào)道案件的主要內(nèi)容,因此就具有一種特殊性。有時(shí)候?yàn)榱俗非笫找暵屎娃Z動(dòng)效應(yīng),便會(huì)誤導(dǎo)觀眾,也給法官造成了強(qiáng)大的壓力。所以在我國(guó)法制電視節(jié)目飛速發(fā)展,成績(jī)顯赫的同時(shí),也面臨著相當(dāng)大的問(wèn)題。 在法制電視節(jié)目中,“以人為本”做的遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,中國(guó)的法制節(jié)目在加強(qiáng)人文關(guān)懷,吸取了成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)之后,必定能走出“瓶頸”,不斷更好更快的發(fā)展起來(lái),在我國(guó)精神文明建設(shè)中起到非常大的作用,在受眾的需求越來(lái)越高的今天,電視法制節(jié)目在滿(mǎn)足受眾口味的同時(shí),更應(yīng)該肩負(fù)起社會(huì)責(zé)任,不斷的加強(qiáng)中國(guó)的普法工作,進(jìn)而推進(jìn)中國(guó)的法制事業(yè)不斷前進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:China's legal programs, which started in 1980s and flourished in 21th century, have become one of the most familiar and favorite types of TV programs for Chinese television viewers. At this stage, Our country is developing by leaps and bounds both spiritual civilization and material civilization. With the pace of the times, society has gradually evolved into a legal society. Well, the emergence of legal programs, from a functional point of view, It has played a considerable role in popularizing legal knowledge. The main content of our country's legal system TV programs is the main content of reporting cases, so it has a particularity. Sometimes in order to pursue the ratings and sensational effects, it will mislead the audience. It also causes great pressure on the judges. Therefore, the legal system TV programs in our country are developing rapidly and the achievements are outstanding, at the same time, they are also faced with quite big problems. In legal television programs, "people-oriented" is far from enough. After strengthening humanistic care and absorbing successful experience, China's legal programs will certainly be able to get out of the "bottleneck" and continue to develop better and faster. It plays a very important role in the construction of spiritual civilization in our country. Today, with the increasing demand of the audience, while satisfying the tastes of the audience, the television legal programs should shoulder the social responsibility and constantly strengthen the work of popularizing the law in China. Thus, China's legal system is constantly advancing.
