晶化時(shí)間和鋁硅比對室溫液相法制備A型沸石的影響

【摘要】:采用液相法室溫制備A型沸石,利用X射線衍射、掃描電子顯微鏡、紅外光譜等考察晶化時(shí)間和凝膠中n(Al_2O_3)/n(SiO_2)比對沸石的成核與晶體生長過程的影響。結(jié)果表明:晶化120 h時(shí),反應(yīng)體系以成核作用為主;120~156 h是A型沸石晶體的快速生長期;晶化時(shí)間為168 h時(shí),合成產(chǎn)物具有較好結(jié)晶度。與常規(guī)95℃制備A型沸石相比,室溫合成抑制了雜相的形成,延長晶化時(shí)間沒有誘發(fā)羥基方鈉石生成。同時(shí),室溫合成制備的樣品,粒度明顯減小,出現(xiàn)明顯的附聚現(xiàn)象。n(Al_2O_3)/n(SiO_2)在0.35~0.80時(shí),樣品均為單相的A型沸石,提高n(Al_2O_3)/n(SiO_2)導(dǎo)致晶粒細(xì)化。n(Al_2O_3)/n(SiO_2)為0.35、0.45、0.60和0.80時(shí),樣品的平均粒徑分別為385、329、260和192 nm。
[Abstract]:Zeolite A was prepared by liquid-phase method at room temperature. The effects of crystallization time and ratio of nnal _ 2O _ 2O _ 3 / n _ 2O _ 2O _ 2 on the nucleation and crystal growth of zeolite were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the crystallization time was 120 h. The reaction system was characterized by nucleation at 120-156h, which was the rapid growth period of zeolite A crystal, and when the crystallization time was 168h, the synthesized product had better crystallinity.
