【摘要】： 目前,我國法治類節(jié)目形態(tài)日益多樣,社會影響越來越大,已經形成了覆蓋全國的播出格局。法治類電視節(jié)目肩負著傳播法律知識、對我國法治進程進行輿論監(jiān)督、扶困救弱等社會責任。本文擬對此類傳媒公共利益的建構問題進行研究,首先對公共利益這一概念進行了溯源和辨析,進而分析了我國法治類節(jié)目所存在幾個主要有違媒介公共利益的現象,并就此討論如何在當下這個社會轉型期完善我國法治類節(jié)目的媒體公共利益構建。 本文以研究我國法治節(jié)目媒體公共利益問題為主,由四部分構成： 第一部分,媒體公共利益的概念界定。本文首先對公共利益這一概念進行了溯源和辨析,進而以哈貝馬斯的“公共領域”為框架,討論了作為“公共領域”的傳媒在社會中應發(fā)揮的公共溝通功能作用,同時認為大眾傳媒需要扮演更加多元的角色,成為推進社會民主化進程的重要力量。 第二部分,我國法治類節(jié)目媒體公共利益的缺失�？偨Y了我國法治類節(jié)目所存在幾個主要有違媒介公共利益的現象,并對這些問題進行了詳細的分析,進而探究其公共性缺位的根本原因。 第三部分,法治類節(jié)目媒體公共利益的構建。本文從學理和實踐作兩方面討論了,如何完善我國法治類節(jié)目的媒體公共利益構建問題。 第四部分,結論。為全文做出總結,指出當下相關問題研究之不足,并展望行業(yè)發(fā)展之前景,以期我國法治類節(jié)目有朝一日真正的起到了配合政府促進建設民主體制和法治社會、服務公共利益的作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the form of the rule of law programs in our country is becoming more and more diverse, and the social influence is increasing, which has formed a broadcasting pattern covering the whole country. The TV programs of the rule of law are shouldering the task of spreading legal knowledge and supervising the process of the rule of law by public opinion in our country. This paper intends to study the construction of the public interest of this kind of media. Firstly, it traces and discriminates the concept of public interest. Then it analyzes several phenomena of the rule of law programs in our country which are mainly contrary to the public interests of the media and discusses how to perfect the construction of the media public interests of our country's rule of law programs in the current social transition period. This paper focuses on the study of the public interests of the media on the rule of law program in China, which consists of four parts:. The first part is the definition of the concept of media public interest. Firstly, this paper traces and discriminates the concept of public interest, and then takes Habermas'"public sphere" as the framework. This paper discusses the public communication function which should be played by the mass media as a "public sphere" in the society, and points out that the mass media should play a more pluralistic role and become an important force in promoting the process of social democratization. The second part, the lack of the media public interest of the rule of law program in our country. It summarizes several phenomena of the rule of law programs in our country which are mainly contrary to the public interest of the media, and makes a detailed analysis of these problems. And then to explore the fundamental reasons for its lack of publicity. The third part, the construction of media public interest of rule of law programs. This paper discusses how to perfect the construction of media public interest of rule of law programs in our country from two aspects of theory and practice. Part 4th, conclusion. Make a summary for the full text, point out the insufficiency of the current related research, and look forward to the future development of the industry, It is hoped that the program of rule of law in our country will one day really play the role of cooperating with the government to promote the construction of democratic system and the rule of law society and to serve the public interest.
