【摘要】：正黨的十八屆四中全會強(qiáng)調(diào),全面推進(jìn)依法治國,基礎(chǔ)在基層,工作重點(diǎn)也在基層。中央有關(guān)深化統(tǒng)計(jì)管理體制改革提高統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)性的意見精神和國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局《"十三五"時期統(tǒng)計(jì)改革發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》,對加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)計(jì)法治建設(shè),堅(jiān)持依法治統(tǒng)提出了明確的要求。縣鄉(xiāng)兩級基層統(tǒng)計(jì)部門直接面對統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查對象,推進(jìn)依法治統(tǒng)、依法統(tǒng)計(jì)在基層落地生根,是加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee stressed that the foundation for comprehensively promoting the rule of law lies at the grassroots level. The focus of our work is also at the grass-roots level. The central authorities' views on deepening the reform of the statistical management system and improving the authenticity of statistical data, and the National Bureau of Statistics's outline for the Development of Statistical Reform during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period, will strengthen the construction of the rule of law in statistics. Adhering to the rule of law put forward clear requirements. The county and township two grass-roots statistical departments directly face the survey object, promote the rule of law, statistics in accordance with the law root at the grass-roots level, is to strengthen the system.
