【摘要】：我們黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)中提出了培育法治意識(shí)的命題,全會(huì)要求要在全社會(huì)樹立法治意識(shí),增強(qiáng)全民法治觀念。而黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)文件中又一次的強(qiáng)調(diào)了法治意識(shí),樹立法治意識(shí)就是要樹立對(duì)憲法和法律的權(quán)威性的內(nèi)心信仰,讓全體社會(huì)成員自覺去學(xué)法、尊法、守法和用法,使全社會(huì)形成一種憲法至上、法律至上的良好法治氛圍。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生作為社會(huì)成員的重要組成部分,大學(xué)生群體是一個(gè)特殊的群體,大學(xué)生屬于有知識(shí)、有能力、有思想的群體,樹立大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)有助于推動(dòng)其它社會(huì)成員的法治意識(shí)的樹立,有助于我國法治教育的開展,當(dāng)我們回顧大學(xué)生法治教育的歷史,大學(xué)生法治教育雖然初見成效,但是還是有許多不完善的地方。本文探討了歷史上的人治意識(shí)和法治意識(shí),同時(shí)探討了法治意識(shí)和大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)的內(nèi)涵。通過對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)不強(qiáng)原因的剖析,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的法治意識(shí)并未樹立起來,對(duì)影響當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)樹立的種種因素也進(jìn)行了深入的剖析。面對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)的不良現(xiàn)狀,本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育途徑進(jìn)行了深入挖掘,試圖在探究傳統(tǒng)的當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育途徑的基礎(chǔ)上,不斷創(chuàng)新其培育途徑,以達(dá)到法治教育的最佳效果,最終使全社會(huì)樹立法治意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee put forward the proposition of cultivating the consciousness of the rule of law, which called for the establishment of the consciousness of the rule of law in the whole society. Strengthen the concept of the rule of law of the whole people. However, the document of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee emphasizes the consciousness of the rule of law once again. To establish the consciousness of the rule of law is to establish the inner faith of the constitution and the authority of the law. Let all the members of the society consciously to learn law, respect the law, abide by the law and use, so that the whole society to form a constitutional supremacy, the law supremacy of the good environment of the rule of law. Contemporary college students as an important part of the social members. College students are a special group, college students belong to the knowledge, ability, thinking groups, to establish the awareness of the rule of law of college students is helpful to promote the establishment of other members of the legal consciousness. It is helpful to the development of the education of rule of law in our country. However, there are still many imperfections. This paper discusses the consciousness of rule by man and the consciousness of rule by law in history. At the same time, it discusses the connotation of the consciousness of rule of law and the consciousness of rule of law of college students. Through the analysis of the reasons why the consciousness of rule of law is not strong, the consciousness of rule of law of contemporary college students has not been established. This paper also makes a deep analysis of the various factors that affect the establishment of the consciousness of rule of law of contemporary college students, and faces the bad situation of the consciousness of ruling by law of contemporary college students. This paper focuses on the cultivation of contemporary college students' awareness of the rule of law in depth, trying to explore the traditional way of cultivation of contemporary college students' awareness of the rule of law on the basis of constantly innovating the way of cultivation. In order to achieve the best effect of the rule of law education, finally make the whole society to establish awareness of the rule of law.
