【摘要】：民主參與是民主社會的標志性特征,公民參與民主社會治理的三種基本途徑是審議、協(xié)商與交涉行動。審議要求通過公平、公正、公開的討論程序開展觀點交鋒,從中遴選出最優(yōu)化的解決方案;協(xié)商與交涉要求在保持既定利益與權(quán)力格局下采取有效談判策略,努力達成一份有利于公民自己的社會問題解決方案;行動主義者則試圖借助外圍行動的暴力來重構(gòu)權(quán)力利益格局,實實在在地改變現(xiàn)存社會結(jié)構(gòu)。當代美國教師教育應該培養(yǎng)師生的民主社會愿景,提升師生的民主素養(yǎng),努力造就大量民主型教師。
[Abstract]:The democratic participation is the iconic characteristic of the democratic society. The three basic ways for citizens to participate in the governance of the democratic society are deliberation, consultation and negotiation. Open discussion procedures to engage in an exchange of views, from which to select the optimal solution; Consultation and negotiation require that effective negotiation strategies be adopted in order to reach a solution to the social problems in the interest and power of the citizens themselves. The activists try to reconstruct the pattern of power interests with the help of the violence of peripheral actions, and change the existing social structure. The contemporary American teacher education should cultivate the teachers and students' vision of a democratic society. Improve the democratic literacy of teachers and students, and strive to create a large number of democratic teachers.
