【摘要】：從1924年滿懷政治熱情參與政論性評(píng)論的寫作,以勇敢的“戰(zhàn)斗”姿態(tài)投入到思想革命,到三十年代初期倡導(dǎo)幽默、閑適的小品文風(fēng)格,遭受到當(dāng)時(shí)左翼文壇的抨擊,林語(yǔ)堂先后參與了《語(yǔ)絲》、《論語(yǔ)》、《人世間》、《宇宙風(fēng)》等刊物的撰稿和主編工作,1936年,林語(yǔ)堂撰寫了我國(guó)第一部新聞?shì)浾撌贰吨袊?guó)新聞?shì)浾撌贰?對(duì)古代和現(xiàn)代中國(guó)關(guān)于言論出版自由斗爭(zhēng)的歷史進(jìn)行了梳理和總結(jié)。林語(yǔ)堂的新聞自由思想是在特定的社會(huì)歷史環(huán)境中,以豐富的報(bào)刊實(shí)踐活動(dòng)為基礎(chǔ)而逐漸形成的。 本論文通過(guò)對(duì)林語(yǔ)堂報(bào)刊實(shí)踐的研究及其對(duì)新聞專著《中國(guó)新聞?shì)浾撌贰泛推渌嚓P(guān)新聞思想論述文章的分析,從言論自由、新聞檢查制度、新聞自由如何實(shí)現(xiàn)等三個(gè)方面總結(jié)出林語(yǔ)堂的新聞自由思想；并通過(guò)對(duì)其新聞自由思想哲學(xué)來(lái)源的梳理,在西方資本主義新聞自由思想、馬列無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)新聞自由思想的理論支撐下,對(duì)比其與同時(shí)代自由主義知識(shí)分子思想的異同點(diǎn),評(píng)價(jià)其新聞自由思想歷史貢獻(xiàn)及局限。 新聞自由思想是林語(yǔ)堂新聞思想的主要組成部分,是對(duì)資本主義新聞自由思想的傳承和創(chuàng)造性發(fā)展,具有豐富的理論內(nèi)涵和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。林語(yǔ)堂新聞自由思想中關(guān)于自然權(quán)利、新聞法制等方面的內(nèi)容,對(duì)當(dāng)前以致今后的新聞事業(yè)都具有重要的啟示作用。
[Abstract]:Writing full of political enthusiasm to participate in political commentary from 1924, to brave the "battle" attitude into the ideological revolution, to the early 30s advocate humor, quiet essay style, suffered when left-wing literary criticism, Lin Yutang has participated in the < < > > Yusi, the Analects of Confucius, the < >, < > cosmic wind the writer and the editor of publications, 1936, Lin Yutang wrote China's first media history: China News > < the history of public opinion, of ancient and modern China about freedom of speech and publication of the history of struggle and summarizes Lin Yutang's theory of freedom of press in the specific social historical environment, to practice the press based on the rich and gradually formed.
This study is based on practice and analysis of the Lin Yutang newspapers and news media history Chinese monograph < > and other related news thoughts this essay, from the freedom of speech, press censorship, the three aspects of how to achieve the freedom of the press are summarized Lin Yutang's theory of freedom of press; and based on the theory of freedom of press source philosophy comb in the western capitalism, freedom of the press thought, theory of Marxism Leninism proletariat press freedom of thought, in contrast with the liberal intellectuals thought at the same time to evaluate the similarities and differences between the freedom of the press thought historical contributions and limitations.
The thought of freedom of the press is the main part of Lin Yutang's news thought, is the inheritance and creative development of the capitalist ideology, has rich theoretical connotation and practical significance. On the Lin Yutang natural rights theory of freedom of press, news and legal aspects of the content, have important implications for the future of journalism that at present.
