增塑、模壓法制備雞毛生物塑料

【摘要】:高溫預(yù)處理、粉碎的雞毛粉末經(jīng)4種不同增塑劑增塑后,采用模壓法制備柔韌的生物塑料。采用掃描電子顯微鏡、X-射線衍射儀表征了生物塑料的表面形態(tài)與結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu),研究了其干態(tài)、濕態(tài)的拉伸力學(xué)性能與耐水穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明:在乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇和三乙醇胺4種增塑劑中,乙二醇增塑后制得的角蛋白生物塑料具有最佳的柔韌性和透明度;最佳模壓條件為熱壓溫度164℃,熱壓壓力74MPa,熱壓時(shí)間8min;采用最佳模壓條件制得的生物塑料斷裂強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到7.58MPa,斷裂伸長率可達(dá)到42.37%。
[Abstract]:After high temperature pretreatment, pulverized chicken hair powder was plasticized by four different plasticizers, flexible bioplastics were prepared by moulding method and scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used. The surface morphology and crystalline structure of bioplastics were characterized by X-ray diffractometer. The tensile mechanical properties and water resistance stability of bioplastics in dry and wet state were studied. Among the four plasticizers of triethanolamine and triethanolamine, the keratin bioplastics prepared by ethylene glycol have the best flexibility and transparency.
