一步法制備釩鋁合金的影響因素探究

【摘要】:為提高一步法生產(chǎn)釩鋁合金的回收率,研究了投料方式、雜質(zhì)種類及含量、原料品位等對鋁熱反應(yīng)過程及產(chǎn)品化學(xué)成分和回收率的影響。結(jié)果表明,投料時采用先密實處理再投料的模式,能夠使反應(yīng)原料之間緊密接觸,密實程度均勻,產(chǎn)品損耗少;采用Fe、Si含量低的原料,能夠減少噴濺現(xiàn)象,降低產(chǎn)品損耗;采用品位高的V2O5,能夠加快反應(yīng)速度,防止發(fā)生噴濺,且產(chǎn)品的雜質(zhì)元素含量較低。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the recovery rate of vanadium aluminum alloy produced by one-step method, the effects of feeding mode, impurity type and content, raw material grade on the process of thermo reaction, chemical composition and recovery rate of the product were studied. The mode of first compacting treatment and then feeding can make the reaction material contact closely, the compactness degree is even, and the product loss is less. The use of low Fesi Si content of raw materials can reduce the spatter phenomenon and reduce the loss of products. High grade V _ 2O _ 5 can accelerate the reaction speed, prevent spatter, and the content of impurity elements in the product is low.
