蠶繭交聯(lián)法制備炭材料及對(duì)重金屬離子的吸附研究

【摘要】:以蠶繭為原料,運(yùn)用不同的交聯(lián)法對(duì)其進(jìn)行改性,然后低溫炭化制備出3種炭材料,分別為CJ200、CJ200-UF和C200J,并用3種炭材料分別對(duì)幾種重金屬離子Cu~(2+)、Al~(3+)、Fe~(3+)的吸附性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,C200J吸附性能最好,對(duì)Cu~(2+)吸附量明顯增大,對(duì)Fe2+、Al~(3+)基本不吸附,其比表面積較小,吸附主要靠表面的含氮官能團(tuán),符合Langmuir單分子層化學(xué)吸附,在25℃時(shí),最大吸附量為23.78 mg/g,其吸附量隨溫度升高而增加,隨p H的增大而增大。
[Abstract]:Silkworm cocoons were modified by different crosslinking methods and then carbonized at low temperature to prepare three kinds of carbon materials: CJ200C200-UF and C200J. Three kinds of carbon materials were used to study the adsorption properties of several heavy metal ions (Cu~(2). The results showed that the adsorption properties of C200J were the best. The adsorption amount of Cu~(2 was obviously increased, but the adsorption of Fe2 was not. The specific surface area was small, and the adsorption mainly depended on the nitrogen-containing functional groups on the surface. According to the Langmuir monolayer chemisorption, the maximum adsorption capacity is 23.78 mg / g at 25 鈩,
