【摘要】：共產(chǎn)革命在顛覆鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)秩序的同時(shí),也在以自己的方式建構(gòu)根據(jù)地的紅色民主。從中央蘇區(qū)到陜北,在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的強(qiáng)力推動(dòng)下,根據(jù)地選舉得以運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)起來(lái);但選民的被動(dòng)參與決定了以選舉為中心的基層政權(quán)改造,更多的是發(fā)揮了共產(chǎn)黨人的主觀能動(dòng)性,并打上了戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)動(dòng)員的烙印。為贏得生存空間,中共倡導(dǎo)的"三三制"選舉,也充分展示了制度的靈活性�？梢钥闯�,當(dāng)選舉內(nèi)化為戰(zhàn)斗的"武器"時(shí),不同時(shí)期的選舉必然呈現(xiàn)差異性特點(diǎn),表現(xiàn)為制度成長(zhǎng)的非連續(xù)性、突變與碎片化,成為施米特"游擊隊(duì)理論"的政治詮釋。
[Abstract]:At the same time the Communist revolution in the subversion of the traditional rural social order, but also in its own way according to the construction of democracy from the Central Soviet area to red.
