【摘要】： 改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),伴隨著中國(guó)社會(huì)主義民主法治建設(shè)的進(jìn)程,我國(guó)法治新聞蓬勃發(fā)展,并逐漸成為新聞報(bào)道的重頭戲。而《民主政治》,作為最具代表性的黨報(bào)《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》的一個(gè)周刊,在我國(guó)法治報(bào)道中占據(jù)了“領(lǐng)頭羊”的地位,通過(guò)全面分析此周刊,則更能凸顯出我國(guó)法治報(bào)道的特征及變化軌跡。 人民日?qǐng)?bào)的《民主政治》周刊自1999年1月6日創(chuàng)刊以來(lái),就以宣傳報(bào)道“依法治國(guó)”“建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家”“社會(huì)主義民主政治”為己任,由此形成了周刊發(fā)展的三個(gè)階段：1999年1月-2004年12月《民主和法制》階段；2005年1月-2007年12月《民主法制》階段；2008年1月-2009年12月《民主政治》階段。 第一章梳理了周刊誕生的社會(huì)背景,并分階段地梳理了《民主政治》的整個(gè)發(fā)展歷程,分別簡(jiǎn)述了《民主政治》三次改版經(jīng)歷及三個(gè)階段的變化等諸方面的概況。 第二章筆者選取了自1999年1月至2009年12月間的《民主政治》頭版頭條新聞文本,具體分析了這其間周刊頭版以下方面的主要變化：新聞議題、價(jià)值取向、所涉及地區(qū)、報(bào)道傾向、附圖情況。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者借此探討了周刊在改進(jìn)法治報(bào)道中進(jìn)行的嘗試與努力。 第三章通過(guò)具體分析周刊頭版的特點(diǎn)及變革,探析周刊在這三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行法治宣傳方面的特點(diǎn)、不足、趨勢(shì)等：新聞性越來(lái)越強(qiáng),提供的信息量越來(lái)越大；重視人大政府主導(dǎo)行為,逐漸涉及一般群眾的權(quán)利；越來(lái)越正面突出正面報(bào)道題材；可讀性越來(lái)越強(qiáng)。 第四章筆者還將其與南方周末法治版法治報(bào)道進(jìn)行了縱向比較,通過(guò)比較它們?cè)趫?bào)道法治事件中的不同表現(xiàn),報(bào)道理念和報(bào)道手法的差別,我們可以看出二者在法治報(bào)道方面未來(lái)努力的方向和各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)。 最后筆者分析了周刊的價(jià)值和可改進(jìn)之處。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, along with the construction of socialist democracy and the rule of law in China, the rule of law news in China flourished, and gradually became a major news report. As the most representative party newspaper "People's Daily" of a weekly, in our country's rule of law reports occupied the "leading" position, through a comprehensive analysis of this weekly. It can highlight the characteristics and track of the rule of law report in our country. Since its inception in January 6th 1999, People's Daily's "Democratic Politics" Weekly has been responsible for publicizing and reporting "governing the country according to law" and "building a socialist country ruled by law" and "socialist democratic politics". The three stages of the weekly development are as follows: from January 1999 to December 2004, the stage of Democracy and legal system; January 2005-December 2007 stage of "Democracy and legal system"; January 2008-December 2009 stage of Democracy. The first chapter combs the social background of Weekly's birth, and combs the whole development course of "Democratic Politics" in stages. In this paper, the general situation of three revamping experiences and three stages of democratic politics is introduced. In the second chapter, the author selects the front page news text of "Democratic Politics" from January 1999 to December 2009, and analyzes the main changes in the following aspects of the weekly front page: news topic. On the basis of the value orientation, the region involved, the reporting tendency and the attached picture, the author discusses the attempts and efforts made by Weekly in improving the report on the rule of law. The third chapter through the concrete analysis weekly front page characteristic and the transformation, analyzes the weekly in these three stages carries on the rule of law propaganda aspect characteristic, the insufficiency, the tendency and so on: the news is more and more strong, provides the information quantity more and more; Attaching importance to the leading behavior of the people's Congress government and gradually involving the rights of the general public; More and more positive highlight the subject matter of positive report; Readability is getting stronger and stronger. In the 4th chapter, the author makes a vertical comparison with the Southern weekend Rule of Law report. By comparing their different performance in reporting the rule of law events, the different reporting ideas and reporting techniques. We can see the direction of future efforts and their respective advantages in reporting on the rule of law. At last, the author analyzes the value of Weekly and its possible improvement.
