【摘要】：微信公共領(lǐng)域失范行為紛繁蕪雜,既有虛假信息的傳播,也有不當(dāng)觀點(diǎn)的表達(dá),更有詐騙等違法犯罪活動(dòng)。微信公共領(lǐng)域的法治規(guī)范建設(shè),在執(zhí)法程序規(guī)范上已取得重大進(jìn)步,未來(lái)還需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺度的統(tǒng)一、執(zhí)法內(nèi)容的合理性,以及人民群眾表達(dá)權(quán)利的保障。
[Abstract]:The misbehavior of WeChat public domain is numerous and complicated, which includes the dissemination of false information, the expression of improper views, the illegal and criminal activities such as fraud, and the construction of the rule of law in the public domain of WeChat. Great progress has been made in the standardization of law enforcement procedures. In the future, it is necessary to further strengthen the unification of standards, the reasonableness of law enforcement content, and the protection of the people's right of expression.
