【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)秉持依法治國(guó)理念,致力于構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家。但我國(guó)正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,貧富差距的不斷擴(kuò)大,帶來(lái)了社會(huì)各階層利益矛盾沖突日益加劇。在多種特點(diǎn)相融合的當(dāng)前社會(huì),想要構(gòu)建良好的權(quán)利行使環(huán)境,就需要對(duì)公民的訴求進(jìn)行合理的疏導(dǎo)。故而通過(guò)法治化途徑,疏通參與渠道,自上而下的建立并完善政治參與的體系及各項(xiàng)具體制度,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的民主政治生活中,公民政治參與占有相當(dāng)大比重,在和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)方面亦十分重要。而且現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)民主化進(jìn)程的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展需要有序的政治參與作為支撐。因此,需要對(duì)我國(guó)公民政治參與的歷史進(jìn)程、現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行回顧、分析并概括。在現(xiàn)有情況的基礎(chǔ)上,分析現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)公民政治參與存在問(wèn)題,諸如我國(guó)公民政治參與法治建設(shè)不完善、我國(guó)公民政治參與的總體有待提高等。在了解并分析現(xiàn)階段的不足后,對(duì)我國(guó)公民政治參與權(quán)的法治化路徑提出構(gòu)想才可能成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。當(dāng)然對(duì)于路徑的構(gòu)想,需要以實(shí)現(xiàn)疏通、拓寬參與渠道為目的,剖析國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)問(wèn)題,在結(jié)合社會(huì)主義民主與法治的基礎(chǔ)上,提出具有針對(duì)性、適合我國(guó)的措施和建議,以期促進(jìn)我國(guó)公民政治的發(fā)展,逐步完善我國(guó)的公民政治參與機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, our country adheres to the idea of governing the country according to law and devotes to constructing a socialist country ruled by law. However, our country is in the period of social transformation, and the gap between rich and poor is widening. In the current society with various characteristics, we want to build a good environment for the exercise of rights. Therefore, through the way of rule of law, dredge the channels of participation, from the top to the bottom and improve the system of political participation and specific systems. It has certain realistic significance. In the democratic political life of modern society, citizen political participation occupies a considerable proportion. In the construction of a harmonious society is also very important. And at this stage the further development of the democratization process in China needs orderly political participation as the support. Therefore, we need to participate in the historical process of political participation of our citizens. On the basis of the existing situation, this paper analyzes the existing problems of civil political participation in our country, such as the imperfect construction of civil political participation in the rule of law. After understanding and analyzing the deficiency of the present stage, it is possible to put forward the idea of the rule of law path of the citizen's political participation right in our country before it becomes a reality. In order to realize the dredging and widen the channels of participation, we should analyze the related problems at home and abroad, and put forward some measures and suggestions that are suitable for our country on the basis of combining socialist democracy and rule of law. In order to promote the development of civil politics, gradually improve the mechanism of civil political participation in our country.
