【摘要】：正陳福勝、楊昌宇在《求是學(xué)刊》2016年第9期撰文指出,俄羅斯法治現(xiàn)代化之路的曲折性有目共睹,對(duì)于同時(shí)代其他轉(zhuǎn)型國(guó)家具有極強(qiáng)的參照價(jià)值。俄羅斯法治現(xiàn)代化之路可以有兩個(gè)考察路徑,一般路徑主要沿社會(huì)制度變革路線進(jìn)行考察,特殊路徑則通過(guò)文化哲學(xué)研究范式,以文化模式轉(zhuǎn)換為線索進(jìn)行考察。一般路徑貫徹的是以
[Abstract]:Chen Fusheng and Yang Changyu pointed out in the 9th issue of Qiushi Journal on 2016 that the tortuous nature of Russia's road to modernization of the rule of law is obvious to all. For other transition countries of the same era has a strong reference value. Russia's road to modernization of the rule of law can have two paths, the general path is mainly along the path of social system change. The special path is investigated through the paradigm of cultural philosophy research, and the cultural mode transformation is regarded as the clue.
