【摘要】：公眾對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治的認知既反映了我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治發(fā)展的真實狀況,又體現(xiàn)了民眾對網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治化進程的期許與評價。本文運用中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理調(diào)查(CIGS2016)(N=6082)的數(shù)據(jù),全面分析了影響公眾互聯(lián)網(wǎng)認知的相關(guān)因素。研究結(jié)果顯示:一方面,地域是影響公眾互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治認知的主要因素,它既影響了公眾對公民權(quán)利保障的感知,又左右著公眾對網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治滿意度的評價;另一方面,公民意識是形塑公眾互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治認知的關(guān)鍵因素,它對公眾的公民權(quán)利保障感知和網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治滿意度都具有顯著的積極影響。此外,媒介、政治興趣、網(wǎng)絡(luò)行政治理行為和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展也是制約公眾互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治認知的重要變量。
[Abstract]:The public's cognition of the Internet rule of law reflects the real situation of the development of the Internet rule of law in China. It also reflects the public's expectation and evaluation of the process of the rule of law by network. This paper uses the data of China Internet Governance Survey (CIGS2016 / NX6082). The research results show that, on the one hand, the region is the main factor that affects the public Internet recognition of the rule of law, it not only affects the public perception of the protection of civil rights. It also affects the evaluation of the public satisfaction with the rule of law on the network; On the other hand, civic consciousness is the key factor in shaping the public awareness of Internet rule of law. It has a significant positive impact on the public perception of the protection of civil rights and the satisfaction with the rule of law on the Internet. In addition, the media and political interest. Network administrative governance behavior and economic development are also important variables restricting the public understanding of the rule of law on the Internet.
