【摘要】：正經(jīng)過改革開放30多年平均近10%的高速增長,我國2012年人均現(xiàn)價(jià)GDP比1978年提高了近百倍,經(jīng)濟(jì)總量已躍升至世界第二,綜合國力顯著增強(qiáng)。但長期高速增長也積累了諸多結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾。發(fā)展面臨的困難、問題較多,社會不滿情緒較濃。人民群眾對增加收入、健全社會保障、完善民主法治、實(shí)現(xiàn)公平正義的愿望更加迫切。面對驕人的發(fā)展業(yè)績與較多社會矛盾并存的局面,部分人士認(rèn)為應(yīng)該先解決好當(dāng)前面臨的突出
