【摘要】：自然力可持續(xù)利用思想,是《馬克思恩格斯文集》中的生態(tài)文明思想的重要內(nèi)容。馬克思恩格斯高度注重自然力在生產(chǎn)力中的重大價(jià)值,將自然力視為生產(chǎn)力的重要組成部分和重要內(nèi)容,提出了"一切生產(chǎn)力都?xì)w結(jié)為自然界"的重要思想�！恶R克思恩格斯文集》以自然資本和自然價(jià)值的理念,對(duì)自然力進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分類(lèi);從自然力是生產(chǎn)力形成和發(fā)展的必不可少的重要前提條件出發(fā),從自然力的充分利用推動(dòng)科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展、自然力是資本家獲得超額利潤(rùn)的自然基礎(chǔ)以及提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)力的自然基礎(chǔ)等方面揭示了自然力在生產(chǎn)力中的價(jià)值;批判了資本濫用和破壞自然力的反生態(tài)做法,闡述了合理利用自然力、減少?gòu)U棄物的排放以及廢物再利用、將改良了的土地傳給后代以實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)公正等一系列具有可操作性的自然力可持續(xù)利用思想�！恶R克思恩格斯文集》中的自然力可持續(xù)利用思想拓寬和深化了傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)力概念,對(duì)促進(jìn)人與自然和諧以及實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有十分重大的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:The thought of sustainable utilization of natural forces is an important part of ecological civilization in Marx and Engels. Marx and Engels attach great importance to the great value of natural force in productive forces, regard natural force as an important part and important content of productive forces, and put forward the important thought of "all productive forces are summed up as nature". Marx and Engels anthology classifies natural forces in detail with the idea of natural capital and natural value. Starting from the fact that natural force is an indispensable prerequisite for the formation and development of productive forces, and from the aspects of making full use of natural forces to promote the development of science and technology, natural forces are the natural basis for capitalists to obtain excess profits and the natural basis for improving labor productive forces, this paper reveals the value of natural forces in productive forces. This paper criticizes the anti-ecological practice of capital abuse and destruction of natural forces, expounds a series of operable ideas of sustainable utilization of natural forces, such as rational utilization of natural forces, reduction of waste discharge and reuse of waste, and transmission of improved land to future generations to achieve ecological justice. The idea of sustainable utilization of natural forces in Marx and Engels works broadens and deepens the traditional concept of productive forces. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the harmony between man and nature and to realize sustainable development.
