【摘要】：馬克思的《黑格爾法哲學(xué)批判》蘊(yùn)涵著豐富的國家治理思想。他打破了黑格爾將國家置于家庭和市民社會(huì)之上的觀念,抨擊了官僚政治和同業(yè)公會(huì)的國家治理神話,提倡以人民為國家治理原則的民主制,并強(qiáng)調(diào)公民廣泛參與國家事務(wù),重新塑造了現(xiàn)代治理的精神和運(yùn)行制度。分析《黑格爾法哲學(xué)批判》中的治理思想,可以洞察馬克思的早期國家治理理念,推動(dòng)當(dāng)前國家治理的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Marx's critique of Hegelian philosophy of Law contains rich ideas of national governance. He broke Heger's idea that the state was above the family and civil society, attacked bureaucracy and the myth of national governance of trade associations, advocated democracy with the people as the principle of national governance, and stressed the broad participation of citizens in the affairs of the state, The spirit and operation system of modern governance have been reshaped. By analyzing the thought of governance in Hegelian critique of philosophy of Law, we can understand Marx's early idea of national governance and promote the modernization of national governance at present.
